You asked for it, and we listened! In our continued effort to bring you the best strength training programs in the Bay Area, we will be capping all of our classes at 10-12 people to insure the quality of instruction and to maximize your results.   • NEW OUTDOOR CLASS!! The Power Peloton Rides July 20!
    Starting Tuesday, July 20 we are adding our Outdoor Power Peloton class every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in Los Altos Hills at the corner of Edith Ave and University Ave at Lincoln Park. This is a 90 min workout on the bike that will feature hill repeats, interval training and skills instruction. You know, all your favorite activities on your bikes!

  • TRI-Fecta Training: Strength, Stabiliy, Flexibility
    Mon/Wed @ 7:00am-8:00am, Wed @ 7:40pm
    Let the most effective training program in northern California develop the strength, balance and POWER you will need to excel and reach your fitness goals. This class focuses on recreation sports enthusiasts to competitive athletes and everyone in between. Through the combination of core strength training and cutting edge flexibility methods, we will kick yours, so you can kick theirs.

  • Athlete's Edge
    Mon/Wed @ 4:45pm-5:45pm through the end of August
    Attention high school athletes: let us help you run faster, jump higher, throw farther, hit harder, ride longer and pedal stronger! This athlete specific strength class is the key to leaving your competition in the dust!

  • Core Chaos!
    Mon/Wed @ 6:30pm-7:30pm, Tue/Thu 7am
    Join Integrate Performance Fitness for the most effective core strength group class in the Bay Area. This class will help your body perform its best on a daily basis by improving your muscle tone, core strength, hip stability, flexibility, posture and your energy levels all day long!
