Join IPF Founder Al Painter for People Powered" and get a bodyweight fitness experience. This primal PE class will use suspension training, Stick Mobility and YOU to get you pushing, pulling, lunging, squatting and having a blast working out in a group class environment. 9:45am-10:45am Running Skills Clinic with James McCanne from A Runners' Mind Running Store
James will be sharing helpful tools with people with the goal of increasing their cadence. He will also introduce people to the concept of "controlled falling" to help them reduce heel impact as they run in addition to body alignment tips designed to improve running performance. Participants will then put this all together so they can enjoy their next run that much more!

Join Al Painter from INTEGRATE Performance Fitness for a hands on workshop designed to help you dial in the basics of DYI suspension training and bodyweight workouts. Discover why owning your primal movements is the key to creating your own effectively fun people powered workouts. Attendees will also learn the foundations of how many, how much and how often to make putting together your fitness program that much easier! 2:00pm-3:00pm Fitness for Teenagers with Eva Scott
This is a small group class for teenage boys/ girls who want to learn safe and effective conditioning exercises in a non-competitive environment. The goals are to get stronger, feel more confident and have fun moving with peers. No previous experience required.

Eva Scott, Z-Health, ACSM, TRX, Crossfit, FMS
Born and raised in Brunswick, Germany, Eva attended the Sports University of Cologne and received a degree in Exercise Physiology. She pursued her passion for teaching fitness and began training clients upon graduation, both individually and in groups.
Eva Scott is highly certified in the health and fitness field and has had many years of experience training teenagers. She believes that everybody is an athlete and can improve the skills leading to a healthier future.

Karl Etzel
Karl Etzel has worked in the Silicon Valley tech industry for seventeen years, following five years as an officer and nuclear engineer in the US Navy. He began studying and using heart rate based training methods as an endurance athlete in the early 1990’s.
As Firstbeat’s representative in North America for their OEM and wellness business lines he has a unique perspective on how heart rate variability is being deployed today and where it is headed in the future.

James is a USATF certified coach with aspirations to run a sub 3 hour marathon, qualify for Boston, and coach my little girl one day. His running experience includes everal marathons, a 50K, and over 100 races of various distances completed since 2010...and counting.
